| 13.5. | Subject to notification to the secretariat of the Administrative Committee, a Contracting Party may accept in accordance with the principles laid down in Articles 1, 3 and 12 of the 1958 Agreement, a L-IWVTA. For that purpose, it shall notify to the secretariat of the Administrative Committee the UN Regulations and their versions for which it will accept type approvals as evidence of compliance for some or all vehicle systems, equipment and parts covered therein.
