| 12.3.1. | Notwithstanding the transitional provisions above, Contracting Parties whose application of Regulation No. 112 comes into force after 07 August 2008 (date of entry into force of the 04 series of amendments to the present Regulation) are not obliged to accept approvals if the vehicle type to be approved does not meet the requirements of paragraph 6.1.2. and 6.2.2. of this Regulation as amended by the 04 series of amendments to this Regulation with regard to Regulation No. 112. | a0c0 |
