| 4.3.2. | In the case of brake linings intended for use on vehicles of categories M2, M3 and N, brake applications shall be made from an initial rotational speed equivalent to that given in paragraph 2.1. of Annex 4 to this Regulation, and the brake shall be applied to achieve a mean torque equivalent to the deceleration prescribed in that paragraph. In addition, tests shall also be carried out at several rotational speeds, the lowest being equivalent to 30 per cent of the maximum speed of the vehicle and the highest being equivalent to 80 per cent of that speed. | a0c0 |
