The approval granted in respect of a type of headlamp cleaner or a vehicle type pursuant to this Regulation may be withdrawn if the requirements laid down in paragraph 9.1. above are not complied with or if the sample taken fails to pass the tests prescribed in paragraph 9.2. above. |
