"Change index" means a sequential number, starting from 0, specific to each lamp (function) covered by UN Regulations 148, 149 and 150. It indicates the number of times that the new series of amendments to the pertinent UN Regulation (148, 149 and 150) have introduced higher stringency requirements for this lamp (function)."
