| 1.3. | As an initial step the levels of emissions in the Frequency Modulation (FM) band (76 to 108 MHz) shall be measured at the vehicle broadcast radio antenna with an average detector. If the level specified in paragraph 6.3.2.4. of this Regulation is not exceeded, then the vehicle shall be deemed to comply with the requirements of this annex in respect of that frequency band and the full test shall not be carried out. | a0c0 |
